Sanders’ One-Pot Cajun Co. was established in 2026 with a simple idea: good food brings people together—and there’s always room for one more around the pot.

Founded by Chase and Kathleen Sanders, Sanders’ One-Pot Cajun Co. is built on family, faith, and community. Chase and Kathleen both serve in full-time ministry, spending much of their lives bringing people together, supporting others, and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome. Kathleen also works professionally in a compliance firm within the maritime industry, bringing structure, attention to detail, and excellence into every part of the business.

Family is at the heart of everything we do. Chase and Kathleen are proud parents to three children — who remind us daily why gathering around the table matters. Many of our recipes, portions, and service styles are shaped by real-life family events, church gatherings, and community celebrations.
